All personal information on checks must match our info on file in order for your check order to be completed. If any of your information has changed from what is printed on your checks, please email us to complete your order.
Report Your Card Lost or Stolen
Please report your card stolen or lost as follows:
VISA Credit Card please call 1-800-558-3424.
VISA Debit Card or ATM Card please call 1-800-617-3775.
These phone lines are supported 24/7 and should be called as soon as you are aware your card is no longer in your possession.
Reasons to Notify Quickly about a credit card:
- Lost or Stolen Cards may be used to access your account.
- Report the loss as soon as it is discovered, any time of the day or night.
- You may be liable for the unauthorized use of your CU Card(s).
- You will not be liable for the unauthorized use that occurs after you notify us of the loss, theft, or possible unauthorized use.
Make a Loan Payment
You can use the Web Payments Center to quickly and securely make your loan payments using funds from another checking, savings, or debit card for a low convenience fee of $5.50.
Change of Address
If you’re a Virtual Branch user, you can change your address online . Simply login to Virtual Branch at bannerfcu.org/, select the “gear” icon in the upper right hand corner, then update your Personal Information.
You may also snail mail or fax us your completed, signed Change of Address Request. The application must contain the signature of the account owner.
