Entry Rules
By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. No purchase necessary to enter. October 11, 2024, to November 20, 2024. (“Promotion Period”), individuals who do one or more of the following will be automatically entered into the drawing for a chance to win a $100 VISA Gift Card: complete entry form online or in person.
Banner Federal Credit Union members can also enter by providing their name, address, email address, date of birth and phone number on a 3” x 5” index card and mailing it to: Banner Federal Credit Union, 5757 W Thunderbird Rd Ste E155, Glendale, AZ 85306. Must be postmarked by November 20, 2024. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. All surveys must be completed during Promotional Period for entry. Banner Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entries at its reasonable discretion.
Prize: There will be two (2) winner(s) total who will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card from Banner Federal Credit Union. The winner(s)will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2024.
The winner(s) are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prize is considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT.
Conditions: The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within six (6) business days or otherwise is not in compliance with these Rules, prize will be forfeited, and the Credit Union may, in its discretion, select another winner. By accepting this prize, the winner acknowledges that Banner Federal Credit Union has the right to use his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. Winner will be required to sign a Publicity Release and an IRS form W9 prior to receiving their prize. By entering this promotion, each entrant releases Banner Federal Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting the promotion. Banner Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Banner Federal Credit Union’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the promotion.
Eligibility: Open to all members who qualify under the entry rules above. Board Members, official family, employees and their families (spouse, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren; including stepfamily and in-laws) are not eligible. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Must be a member in good standing and a U.S. citizen or legal resident at time of drawing.
